Faith Hardcastle

Architectural Intern

Faith is currently attending Texas Tech University and will graduate with her Master of Architecture in December of 2018 with a certificate in Urban and Community Design. At school, Faith is a student representative within the College of Architecture and acts as a voice for the students. She is also a member of the American Institute of Architecture Students. Her experience in the Architecture Profession has been at MWM Architects since May of 2017.Faith’s responsibilities at MWM consist of a variety of tasks – from drafting, to site visits, to construction administration – as she migrates among the four in-house design teams as needed.

Faith is from Stephenville, Texas, where her parents still reside, while her sister recently moved to Nashville to study sound engineering. Between school and work, Faith dabbles in graphic design, hand lettering, and calligraphy. Although this is something she currently does just for fun, she hopes to one day turn this into small side business. Along with being creative, Faith loves being involved with and surrounded by sports. She grew up a coach’s daughter, so this passion came naturally along with a competitive nature. To stay active, she enjoys working out and kickboxing. No matter the task, she makes herself work hard to get it done. She lives by a Nolan Ryan quote, "You can't get anything done in life if you only work on the days you feel good."
